Good Chelsea boots, slow shipping
I ordered a pair of the handcrafted leather Chelsea boots a few weeks ago. The quality of the boots is really solid, very comfortable once broken in. They feel like they'll last. My only real complaint was the shipping time; it took about 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, though. Overall, a good purchase but delivery could be faster.

Solid quality, a bit pricey
I recently bought a pair of their suede chukka boots. The ordering process was smooth on the website, very easy to navigate. Delivery took about a week, which was acceptable. They were comfortable right out of the box, though I did notice the color was a tiny bit darker than pictured online. I also got a leather belt to match, and that was also very well made.
